Home fragrance products are not regulated by the FDA because the FDA only has jurisdiction over products that are considered food, drugs, or cosmetics. We take several steps to ensure that all of our home fragrance products are safe for use. Our in-house perfumers adhere to the strict standards of the International Fragrance Association. IFRA in association with RIFM is the world’s leading authority on fragrance safety. We also have a full-time Regulatory Compliance Manager that monitors all of our ingredients for safety guidelines and regulations.
